Blue-Prints

are cyanotypes. This is a mechanical photo project where the information on the glass panel becomes a negative, like in analogue photography. The prints are one-of-a-kind on paper that has been specifically treated with light-sensitive chemicals.

The paper is placed under the glass and then exposed to natural sunlight. What is white on the prints (negative) is the original positive scribbled on the glass panels.
